PLEASE NOTE: We do not repair any Nespresso, Lavazza, Keurig or Krups brand machines. We are also unable to service the DeLonghi EC680 model, and DeLonghi BCO/combination machines.

Common questions and process related to Service & Repair for Home Use Machines.
Drop Off
Our hours for machine service drop are Monday - Friday 9:15am - 4:45pm. No appointment is required. We do ask that you bring all parts of the machine.
Process
At the time of drop-off you will be asked to complete a basic form about your machine. We required a non-refundable diagnostic fee of $90.00 - $150.00 (depending on the type of machine) which is applied towards the total repair cost, should you move forward with the service.
We will then contact you within five to ten business days to give the estimate for the repair. At that time you will be able to let us know if you would like to move forward with the cost of the repair.
If you decide to move forward with the repair of your machine, the initial deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the repair. At the time of pick-up, you will be responsible for the remaining balance.
If you decide to NOT move forward with the repair of your machine, you are welcome to come pick up your machine, but the initial diagnostic fee is non-refundable. Any machine left in Mati Coffee's possession for more than 90 days from the time a diagnostic quote is provided will be deemed abandoned, and will be disposed of unless prior arrangement has been made with and agreed by Mati Coffee.
Timing
The approximate turnaround time for repairs is usually 5-10 business days, although during peak times it may take up to 3 weeks.
Cost
The cost of repairing a machine will depend on the make and model, the amount of time our technician spends on the machine, and the cost of the parts needing replacement.
Warranty
Replaced parts by Mati Coffee have a three month warranty.
Electrical parts such as a power board, display screen & etc. are not covered by Mati Warranty.
Warranty DOES NOT COVER; misuse, abuse, negligence, power surges, shipping damage, problems caused by freezing temperatures, or parts NOT included on the repair invoice.
There are no returns or refunds for completed repair services. Machines are completely tested before the customer is called. Once picked up from Mati Coffee's possession, Mati Coffee is not responsible for any damages.

Important:
- We highly recommend ensuring your shipment for the value of your equipment with the freight carrier of your choosing. **We suggest using FedEx or UPS.**
- Please double box your machine and/or equipment.
- Include all accessories for testing of machine and/or equipment in the shipment.
- Include a completed Repair Request Form or a note with your contact information inside the box (name, phone number, address).
- Include a brief description of the problem you are having with your machine and/or equipment.
We recommend using a sturdy box for shipping. Please ensure that you double bubble wrap the machine and tape down any loose ends such as the drip tray, water tank, etc.
